Return and Exchange Policy
Candy Janayen may choose to accept, reject, or cancel your order in certain circumstances. For example, if the product you wish to purchase is unavailable, if the product is mispriced, or if the order is found to be fraudulent, the site will refund your payment for orders that are not accepted or canceled.
Return and Exchange Policy:
All products must be returned within 3 days of receiving the order. To maintain product quality and shelf life, they cannot be returned after that unless there is a problem or defect in the product.
If a defect or manufacturing error occurs in the product, it will be returned after reporting it.
Concerning Cases in Which Products Are Not Returned
There are a number of specific cases in which a product cannot be returned:
· When a return request is submitted after the specified time limit, which is 3 days from the date of receipt for products.
· When the product is used, damaged, or not in the same condition as received, or when the product's security tag is removed.
· Consumer products that have been used or installed.
· Products with tampered or removed serial numbers.
· Products without price tags, labels, or original packaging, or missing any accessories.
· Shipping fees are not included in the return process and are non-refundable. This is due to the shipping and delivery company's deductions.
The customer will be charged the return shipping fees if there is no damage to the returned product, according to the customer's choice of shipping company.
How can I get a refund if I received an item that is not as it appears or is damaged?
If you receive an item that is damaged or not as you chose from the website, you can return the item to us in the same condition you received it in and in its original packaging within 3 days from the date of receipt. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. If it is found to be defective or damaged, we will immediately begin the process of refunding you, including the money you paid for the item and the money you paid for shipping and delivery.
